ABOUT Nate
Hello! My name is Nathan Tuch, and I’m a Mental Health Counselor.
Life is hard and it tends to kick us when we are down and feeling at our lowest. But you don’t have to face these challenges alone. Together we can navigate through these challenges and feelings of uncertainty that you may face on a daily basis to find a path towards healing and growth. Feeling heard and validated for what you are experiencing can make all the difference in helping to find the path we need to be on. My goal is to create a safe, judgement free, and supportive space where you can explore your thoughts, feelings, and develop copings skills and strategies to better handle the challenges we face throughout life.
Sessions are tailored to meet the needs of each client utilizing a holistic approach with solution-focused, existentialism, attachment theory, and cognitive behavioral therapy. I am experienced in working with different forms of trauma, relationship conflicts including domestic violence, and helping to manage depression and anxiety.
I am passionate about helping others feel heard, giving them the space to discuss the challenges they are facing, and establishing goals and skills leading towards healing and fulfilling life. I look forward to hearing your story and working together on your therapeutic journey, please reach out whenever you are ready to begin.
